I've had this product for one day.

I sit with a window behind me. When I have the anti-glare screen on, I can see the reflection from the windows; when I have it off, I don't. So that's bothersome.

This filter is too small for my monitor. I have a 18" LCD, and it fits just barely so I can't see the edges of my monitor, which is annoying because my toolbar is at the bottom and I can only see half of it. Whatever anti-glare screen you buy, I recommend going one size up so you don't have this effect. (It'll look ugly, but it'll work.)

Also, the ground cable is conveniently located right where my power button for the monitor is. This means, if I touch or slightly adjust the screen, my monitor turns off.

I replaced the TV under the roof of my covered patio. The old TV had a matte screen the new one a 20 inch flat CRT has a glossy finish. Of course the glare is now much worse than with the matte CRT screen. I searched for glare filters and would up with a EX10XXL. To my surprise the filter has a high gloss finish. Little to no glare reduction in this application. There is a slight increase in contrast. Overall not worth buying.

I'm a computer programmer and buy a lot of computer hardware. I've probably RMA'd more than 12 sticks of Crucial Ballistix memory (both Tracer and non-Tracer) in the past 2 years. They all seem to eventually fail. They might work well for awhile and last a few months, but eventually they seem to fail and need to be RMA'd. I don't overclock the memory and other brands of RAM don't have this problem. Too bad because the LEDs are nice. I recommend another brand like OCZ, G.SKILL, or Corsair.

The item doesnt look exactly like the picture. There are (2) arms that attach to the wall not (1). But I think this is better cause the TV is very heavy and even with (2) we were a little nervous about mounting it. The mounting seems fine, it states that it holds up to 300 lbs and my husband hung on it before we mounted the TV and it seems sturdy. The only down side is the TV is hard to install in the frame due to the weight. It took 4 of us to lift the TV into the holder. WOW, that was heavy.

Vantage Point PTW Series W20-B Wall Mount for 19" to 21" TVs

I've had this wall mount for about a year now and it's great.

Installation: Piece of cake. It came with all needed hardware. All I had to do was use a stud finder (I wouldn't trust drywall to hold a TV) and an electric drill to make holes. There is then a nice cover that goes over the part that mounts to the wall. It looks very nice and clean. After it was installed I did a pull up on it...sturdy as a rock.

Use: My TV sits on the mount. It comes with a strap to put through the mount and around the top of the TV. Though my TV is heavy enough to not move, this is a good precaution in case there was ever an earthquake. Another great thing is that the mount the TV sits on can spin around 360 degrees. While this might depend on the depth of your TV, the mount is far enough from the wall that I can spin my TV around and not hit the wall. It makes changing video connections a snap.

Overall I'm very impressed with this mount. I use it in my bedroom and it's perfect. There may be some situations where it might need to be more secure...like a bar or restaurant. For home use though, you can't go wrong.

The screens are great at providing privacy but we have purchased several and have the following complaints.

Some users say they darken the screen too much. That means sometimes they are not used.

The weight of the units is a problem. The side-mounted adjustable tabs slip when used with the larger (17" and bigger) filters. There are top-mounted tabs included also, but they are not adjustable, so the filter sits too low on some displays, obscuring the top of the screen and sometimes hitting power or adjustment buttons on the bottom front of the monitor.

Some displays use a spring-loaded adjustable stand . The extra weight of the filter can overload the spring, so the display won't stay up and has to be propped up to keep it from dropping down to the desktop.

The weight comes from the frame and the fact that the filter itself as a thick plastic pane. We are now looking at a lighter, flexible film-type filter that doesn't have the plastic frame and rigid pane. The other product also has a stronger spring-loaded mounting system.

Weight is less of an issue with the 15" diagonal units.

i made the mistake of using an inflexible wire designed for building installations instead of buying a car audio wire. for the same thickness ( zero gauge ) i got it from home depot for half as much as rockford fosgate wire would have cost me. big mistake.

the strands on the home depot wire are about 2 - 3 millimeter thick and will not work with this compression connector. we were able to force it and get it to work anyway but it wasn't pretty. with a normal car audio cable that uses thin stranding there should not be any problem.

what i don't like about this connector is that the monster logo hangs by a thread - it will most likely fall off. the connector itself is mostly solid except for the ring that tightens the cable but rockford fosgate connectors are no thicker in that part (plus they're discontinued).

the really nice touch is that you can use a wrench to tighten it because its square in shape. given our problem with the thick strands we were only able to make it to work using the wrench so thats a big plus.

there aren't many compression style connectors on the market and this one is the best. compression connectors grip in a way that makes it pretty much impossible to pull the cable out unlike regular connectors from which the cable sometimes falls out just from vibration. i would have bought rockford fosgate compression connectors if they wasn't discontinued but right now i think this is the best you can do for a superior power connection if you are running some massive amplifiers.

i give it only 4 stars because the discontinued rockford was platinum plated and sold for less than this connector which is just chrome. also because the logo is so loose you can just slide your fingernail under it and pull it off. never the less as i said right now this is the best you can get.

I couldn't make this tuner work. There were no directions included but it seemed pretty straight forward. I wrote the manufacturer they were no help at all. I hooked it up to a CRT monitor, it scanned for about 20 minutes and found 3 stations I think. My Tv gets six and my Tv converter box gets 26 with the same antenna. It's hard to tell since none were clear enough to watch. The sound was terrible. The reception was like UHF with no UHF antenna. While at the same time in the same spot my antenna reception for both my Tv and my converter box is excellent. When I wrote to the seller they answered and agreed to take it back. They also educated me to the difference between ATSC-non-digital broadcast, which this device is, and NTSC which is digital. I'm astonished they are still marketing a product that will be obsolete in a matter of weeks. Beware!

This is a nice, basic television with a decent picture. Its only problem is a remote that must have been designed by someone who's antisocial and hostile to humanity. So many buttons, laid out in a way that seems truly random. There are even separate buttons for play and for pause. It's impossible to use without looking at it. It is the opposite of something made with consumers in mind, like anything made by Apple.

But the TV itself is nice.

I have had my Coby for about 5 months and it is a wonderful playing appliance. The picture is precise with bright color, the dvd's play well and the sound is clear! The only complaint is that the directions for the setup for the tv has directions that are not easy to understand.

Haier HTR20 20" CRT TV

Not everyone needs, nor wants, an expensive flat panel HDTV for their bedroom or kitchen. Amazon is the last place I could find anyone selling an affordable, decent CRT television and Haier was the only brand I could find that is still supporting those of us who aren't made of money.

The television itself is packed with features -- the built-in tuner that can pick up HDTV signals (though you only get an analog picture!) is fantastic.
